The Progressive Vision
What does a progressive vision mean?
A progressive vision for politics uses government as the means to create a more just, equitable, and democratic society, challenging the negative effects of unregulated capitalism and entrenched power. This contrasts with classical liberalism by advocating for active state intervention to address societal problems and ensure broad social welfare. Contemporary progressive politics addresses issues such as economic inequality, climate change, and systemic discrimination.
Core principles: working for the common good, equality and social justice, pragmatism, and working for transformative rather than incremental change.
Key policy areas; worker protections, social safety nets, progressive taxation, environmental action and impact on marginalized communities.
Democracy and anti-corruption; campaign finance reform, expanding access to the ballot box, racial and gender equality, criminal justice reform, civil liberties for all including immigrants and LGBTQ+ communities.
Foreign policy: focus on uman rights in foreign policy decisions, including condemning human rights violations and using U.S. leverage to address humanitarian crises.

The tshirts are purchased through SellMyTees and the books are purchased through Amazon so credit or debit cards are used to buy those.
To purchase a sticker, you'll need to email me with which sticker you want and, if applicable, the size. Once I receive that email, you can then send a payment through CashApp or PayPal. This process was chosen because you can buy a sticker from me for half the price you'd pay for in on an online store.
